On returning to Gatwick airport we had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to appear with our car even through we informed the driver of our landing.

Arrived early hours of morning - had to wait for someone to come and meet us. Had to ring to find out where he was. On arriving back at airport - was about 20 minutes getting to car park from baggage collection. Was met by a very grumpy man who virtually threw our keys at us whilst asking us where we had been and why it had taken us so long and then stomped off. Also not amused that had to then go to a different floor to pay for ticket to get out.

Having used you for several years now was disappointed to find that when my car was returned to me at Gatwick it looked like it had been parked in a field for 2 weeks. Not what I expected.

Had to wait longer than we liked for both the drop off and pick up. Plus the car park charge had increased since instructions were sent out so I didn't have enough cash. We have experienced more efficient service from other providers.

The Guy whom originally met us was helpful and on time. However, when our car was returned it had been obviously used to carry other staff as their was mud on the passenger rear, and passenger seat mats. When questioned the guy making drop off denied all knowledge. This may seem trivial but not appreciated, apart from the cleaning this is not what you sign up for.... please take note Gatwick Valet Parking!!!

I have used this company for years but the time spent waiting to drop off and collect your car is getting longer and longer. I waited 35 minutes and could have been half way home. Also called 20 minutes before arriving at the airport still had to wait over 20 minutes when I got there !!!!

Had a wait when we arrived and had to wait for 25 minutes on our return, but apparently they said there was an accident on the north terminal....

Excellent service on drop off - I was called to check my arrival time 25 minutes prior to arrival, given very clear instructions and driver was waiting when we got here. Driver also helpfully gave us directions for quickest route to our check in desk. Our experience on return was totally different. Called on collecting luggage to be told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. After 35 minutes the driver called and had been sent to the wrong terminal, finally arriving 40 minutes after I called. When I explained this to the driver he said I could not be right and told me he had only been sent out 20 minutes earlier. I offered to show him the call log on my phone. Would have been quicker to pay far less and park at long stay.

Drop off had to wait 1/2 hour for collection of car, nearly missed flight. Return very good, arrived within 10 minutes, so 3 out of 5 for late collection. Would use again though as I know there were traffic delays at airport.
