The Gatwick Valet Parking Company Reviews

All was fine but when we arrived to collect vehicle it was in the car park unattended and we had to wait for ten minutes until a driver arrived with my colleagues vehicle. The charge on the ticket was £4. I Know this is Gatwick charge but, Yet, when we arrived the vehicles were collected in drop off zone resulting the company not having to pay anything for the parking. Why therefore were we not met at the drop of point for collecing so we had no charges? Just seemed a bit one sided that one.

Reliable, fast and impeccable customer service.

Only a short wait of about 15 minutes for the car pick up and drop off, despite a two and a half hour return flight delay. Meant to land at 11.45pm but arrived a 2am. Was worried this would cause an issue but car was delivered back without any hassle. Would definitely use this service as it saves a lot of time and brings you so close to the terminal as opposed to previously used self parking and catching the shuttle bus.

We dropped the car off at 5am and then collected the car at 3am upon our return. Service was prompt and reliable.

Good pick up and return times but the car was very muddy on return and the drivers mat was covered in thick mud. Looked as if car had been parked in muddy field.

Was slightly sceptical about using a valet service after the media coverage of the last few years but went ahead with the booking because we were flying out from the south terminal and into north. The price was amazing compared to parking in long stay. I called the day we were due to be booked in because I realised I needed to change the time. Spoke to Paul who said no problem. When we arrived the driver was there waiting for us and the same on the day we returned. I will definitely be using this service again, it was seamless, just what you need when you are jet lagged. 5* service, thank you for looking after my car!
