Have used Park And Go Services at Gatwick every year on my annual holidays and have found them to be reliable on time and efficient.

This is the third time I have used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company. They always present themselves as extremely efficient. My car was picked up at the short term car park on arrival and checked over for any marks or damage. These were recorded so that I could check there was no other damage when the car was returned. I only had to wait about 10 minutes at the car park after calling them to let them know I had picked up my baggage. The car was still in the same condition as it was when it was picked up. A totally professional operation that I would highly recommend and such a bargain at the price.

Took a while for the car to be picked up on arrival even though we phoned up in advance. Very impressed on delivery once we returned to Gatwick. Was in the car park waiting for us.

Excellent service on collection and return.

The car was collected and delivered very promptly. There are two reasons however I did not award 5 stars. At drop off the driver had no ID or uniform and I found it a little disconcerting handing over the keys on this basis, although he did have some paperwork. Also upon my return I found the dashcam had been disconnected and I would rather people did not tamper with equipment they know little about. Claiming it is to save the battery does not wash, it suggests there is something to hide.
