Reviewed on 7th August 2017The car was collected and returned very promptly. However, the car was returned in an extremely dirty condition (much worse than when we left it) and there was a new small scratch on the rear panel above the bumper.

Reviewed on 4th August 2017We got a very good price for meet an greet by booking early and were therefore pleased overall and staff were pleasant. However, we had a 30 minute wait for them in both directions, which was disappointing when the point of that service is to be on your way quicker.

Reviewed on 2nd August 2017A smooth experience - very impressed with the drop off/meet. Very polite staff. Slightly delayed in meeting us when we collected the car, but this was more because we flew through the airport and baggage collection. We would certainly use them again.

Reviewed on 25th July 2017Arrival was great the chap checked my car over really well and noted any damage. On return the chap turned up gave me key and went, left lights on and just went. Not as good as the arrival.

Reviewed on 8th July 2017Car delivered back to us at north terminal, car park 6, level 4. Long time coming. Then very bad instructions about how to get out. All very fishy and very unprofessional. Car also had a slow puncture. Apart from that episode, a very good service.
