Reviewed on 14th May 2012Despite being late for drop-off at North Terminal due traffic on M25,only waited a few minutes for driver to collect car. Same situation on the way back. Drivers were very polite & helpful. Only thing we were unhappy with-was the mud on the driver's floor mat & along the underside of the car,incl. the wheel arches-was the car parked in a field?

Reviewed on 12th February 2012The driver arrived to pick up the car just as we drove into the waiting area - excellent. He politely introduced himself, clearly explained the return procedure and then drove the car away leaving us to get on with our holiday. On our return to a snowbound and chaotic Gatwick we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the driver to deliver our car, already nicely warmed up, hand over the keys and we were off home! All very professional and highly recommended
