Reviewed on 8th July 2017Car delivered back to us at north terminal, car park 6, level 4. Long time coming. Then very bad instructions about how to get out. All very fishy and very unprofessional. Car also had a slow puncture. Apart from that episode, a very good service.

Reviewed on 4th July 2017Everything went very well apart from the return when the driver brought my car to Car park 6 level 4 but we couldn't find him. He had phoned my wife to tell us where he was but she had her phone in her bag so didn't hear it. Anyway, the driver eventually found us but the exit ticket he gave us had expired so we had to pay £3.80 to exit the car park. Overall very good service and very good value but must remember to keep your mobile handy!

Reviewed on 12th June 2017Slight delay in meeting at airport for collection and had to phone twice. Prompt pickup on return ready and waiting. Would be helpful if staff were identifiable by having uniform or IDENTIFICATION badges, seemed we were handing over to anyone!
