Reviewed on 8th February 2016We have used them on a number of occasions with no problem at all. However on the last two occasions, when we have phoned 15 minutes beforehand to tell them of our imminent arrival at Gatwick, they have had no record of our booking, which is always a bit worrying. However, we have been met and the chap has taken the details off our paperwork, although has been unable to issue a receipt for the car. We have been met on arriving back with no problem at all. This is the only reason I have only been able to award 4 out of 5.

Reviewed on 5th October 2015Used this company before and have found that on both occasions you are stood waiting for them to turn up, even if you have rung ahead to give them the 15 minutes as requested. This time s rang them to ask where they were before I set off from the hotel to the airport. I then waited where I was for 15 minutes and them set off getting to the drop off point about 20 to 25 minutes after I called to let them know. Imagine my surprise when I then had to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes before my driver turned up. It's very frustrating. However the driver was the same guy as last time and he was very polite and helpful a credit to the company. Upon return, no complaints car was waiting for us, but then we were a bit late taking off, oh and the parking cost me £4.50 not £3.00. All in all a good enough experience to use again.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2015Although we have always had good service from EPG in the past and recommended the company to friends we were disappointed this year as when we arrived at Gatwick the company did not have a record of our booking and we had to wait some time for someone to arrive and although we confirmed our return date and time we had to wait at least 20 minutes for our car on return.

Reviewed on 26th August 2015Bit of confusion when I rang to say was arriving couldn't seem to find my booking but only took a minute to sort and were there not to long after coming back no problems drivers both polite and helpful. Will defiantly use them again and will recommend the company to my friends a family.

Reviewed on 23rd August 2015Great service as usual. Only issue there appears to be two companies working under the same name. When we phoned ahead prior to our arrival they didn't have our booking? We were advised to use a different phone number to printed on the coupon?

Reviewed on 18th August 2015Would've been 5 *'s but after altering booking from South Terminal to North Terminal they were still expecting us at South Terminal but it all went smoothly as we realised before we went to airport. Coming back was manic at Car Park as one car park had been closed so make sure you take more than £3 with you in change to get out.
