Reviewed on 10th May 2015All worked well despite us arriving an hour earlier than we expected. Our pick up was complicated because the short term car park 6, which is used for pick up, was closed, the alternative car park 5 has limited pick up and drop off facilities. Overall it worked well, quicker than using the long term car parks and better value for money.

Reviewed on 21st April 2015Great service. A couple of little niggles which stopped me giving a rating of 5. Firstly, despite being given the car park level, which was easy to find, there were so many operators and it was so busy that it was a bit tricky to find the representative for our company. It would have been nice to have a bit more information about exactly where to meet, for example, which zone/row of the car park. Secondly, we had to pay the fee to leave the car park when we collected the car. This wasn't the case last year and personally, I would have preferred to pay and extra couple of pounds up front rather than having to fiddle around trying to find change when we landed. Apart from that, speedy service, friendly staff, convenient drop off and collection location, close to terminal. Made our overall journey much easier. I will definitely be using this service/company again.

Reviewed on 18th April 2015Bit different from the normal valet parking probably cause the way gatwick have changed the parking regs. The man from the company was waiting did not say much nor give any other info until asked for. On return phone answered promptly and car delivered as stated. Still no communication other wise a good service. Thank you

Reviewed on 14th April 2015The service was excellent - they were quick to collect and return the car. However the reason I have marked as 4 rather than 5 was we had to pay the £3 exit fee - this was not clear when the booking was made.

Reviewed on 27th January 2015Pretty good service-better on the way back than the way in. Had to phone a few times on arrival and wait around a bit but otherwise very good, and much cheaper than long stay. A little worried by lack of proper forms to sign, all info was on a bit of paper.

Reviewed on 25th November 2014Generally use P&G meet and greet and have no problem with the service however when we picked up our car this time the passenger seat and footwell were soaked so we conclude that the car had been parked with the window open.
