Prompt pick up, even though there was a terminal mixup, just a slight delay at drop-off. Car was in perfect condition.

This was good value for money and very easy on the way out. On the way back it was more hassle as we had to meet our car in the multi storey car park and pay an extra £3 to get out of the car park!

Very efficient service - they guy who returned our car at 1am had even put the seat warmers on! Would say they could improve the information they provide - in advance - of the exact drop off and pick up points in writing rather than on the phone on the day. Could easily be done with map link from the confirmation booking.

Good experience except mud left in 3 seats of car.

I have used Meet and Greet services several times now from various operators. This company gave value for money esp. for a 20 day park. They were there ready and waiting to receive the car on arrival. Only down side, but not their problem really, was on return even though 00.30, there were so many other cars meeting people, so not easy to locate my car/driver, which meant a few walks up and down and a phone call. A pity a set location/stop for such Meet and Greet services, as exists for buses for off airport parking, hotels etc., cannot be allocated by airport authority. It would be worth an extra fee for this.

The persons meeting and greeting were not visable enough as other companies were wearing high vis jackets with company names on which made you more confident you were dealing with the right company.

Good service, car was picked and returned to us at Gatwick Airport with no fuss. Would definitely use the service again.

Excellent service, just wished that a paper mat had been used as drivers carpet was a bit muddy on collection.

Good, timely service, and it's a pleasure not to have to try to understand a heavy foreign accent when phoning themon a noisy motorway! The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is that the car was rather dusty / mud-splashed on its return, but that's not a big deal.

A really convenient way to park at Gatwick and the staff are extremely polite and helpful, however the traffic congestion in the terminal just means you have to wait a little while for your vehicle to be collected and dropped off. Uniformed staff would have been an advantage as we weren't 100% sure who we were handing the car to!
