Reviewed on 28th August 2013Value for money this service was amazing. Called ten minutes before and met at north terminal car park 6 within minutes of us arriving. Coming back we phoned as soon as we collected our luggage met us at same place within ten minutes of us arriving. They also paid the parking ticket. Car came back extremely muddy so looked like may have been parked in field. .

Reviewed on 18th July 2013This was good value for money and very easy on the way out. On the way back it was more hassle as we had to meet our car in the multi storey car park and pay an extra £3 to get out of the car park!

Reviewed on 2nd November 2012Very efficient service - they guy who returned our car at 1am had even put the seat warmers on! Would say they could improve the information they provide - in advance - of the exact drop off and pick up points in writing rather than on the phone on the day. Could easily be done with map link from the confirmation booking.

Reviewed on 1st October 2012I have used Meet and Greet services several times now from various operators. This company gave value for money esp. for a 20 day park. They were there ready and waiting to receive the car on arrival. Only down side, but not their problem really, was on return even though 00.30, there were so many other cars meeting people, so not easy to locate my car/driver, which meant a few walks up and down and a phone call. A pity a set location/stop for such Meet and Greet services, as exists for buses for off airport parking, hotels etc., cannot be allocated by airport authority. It would be worth an extra fee for this.
The persons meeting and greeting were not visable enough as other companies were wearing high vis jackets with company names on which made you more confident you were dealing with the right company.
