Excellent service, just wished that a paper mat had been used as drivers carpet was a bit muddy on collection.

Good, timely service, and it's a pleasure not to have to try to understand a heavy foreign accent when phoning themon a noisy motorway! The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is that the car was rather dusty / mud-splashed on its return, but that's not a big deal.

A really convenient way to park at Gatwick and the staff are extremely polite and helpful, however the traffic congestion in the terminal just means you have to wait a little while for your vehicle to be collected and dropped off. Uniformed staff would have been an advantage as we weren't 100% sure who we were handing the car to!

We used Valet parking twice and the drivers were always courteous and polite. Our first experience was effcient so we booked again. Unfortunately the second pick up was not good, we waited for 45 minutes for the car to be delivered from the time we called after collecting our luggage at 1.30AM. I appreciate drivers can be ill etc, but that is not an acceptable waiting time with tired families and not what was advertised. Apart from that they system works well.

Prompt service; uniform would have helped identify pick up driver.

Driver was late to pick up - about 15 minutes. Very apologetic when arrived, but no real reason given as to lateness. Delivery of car on return of holiday was on time and no problems. Staff courteous and all seemed well organised.

Excellent service, all went smoothly from departure to arrival back in UK 1 week later. Will definitely use again in the future.

The service we received on both arrivals and departures was great. No complaints at all and the drivers were very polite.

Despite being late for drop-off at North Terminal due traffic on M25,only waited a few minutes for driver to collect car. Same situation on the way back. Drivers were very polite & helpful. Only thing we were unhappy with-was the mud on the driver's floor mat & along the underside of the car,incl. the wheel arches-was the car parked in a field?

The driver arrived to pick up the car just as we drove into the waiting area - excellent. He politely introduced himself, clearly explained the return procedure and then drove the car away leaving us to get on with our holiday. On our return to a snowbound and chaotic Gatwick we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the driver to deliver our car, already nicely warmed up, hand over the keys and we were off home! All very professional and highly recommended
