The persons meeting and greeting were not visable enough as other companies were wearing high vis jackets with company names on which made you more confident you were dealing with the right company.

Reviewed on 11th September 2012Good, timely service, and it's a pleasure not to have to try to understand a heavy foreign accent when phoning themon a noisy motorway! The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is that the car was rather dusty / mud-splashed on its return, but that's not a big deal.

Reviewed on 29th August 2012A really convenient way to park at Gatwick and the staff are extremely polite and helpful, however the traffic congestion in the terminal just means you have to wait a little while for your vehicle to be collected and dropped off. Uniformed staff would have been an advantage as we weren't 100% sure who we were handing the car to!

Reviewed on 22nd August 2012We used Valet parking twice and the drivers were always courteous and polite. Our first experience was effcient so we booked again. Unfortunately the second pick up was not good, we waited for 45 minutes for the car to be delivered from the time we called after collecting our luggage at 1.30AM. I appreciate drivers can be ill etc, but that is not an acceptable waiting time with tired families and not what was advertised. Apart from that they system works well.

Reviewed on 20th August 2012Driver was late to pick up - about 15 minutes. Very apologetic when arrived, but no real reason given as to lateness. Delivery of car on return of holiday was on time and no problems. Staff courteous and all seemed well organised.
