Good service, driver was ready to take the car as soon as we arrived for departures. On return we phoned as soon as we got luggage and was advised where to meet. What should have been 10 to 15 minutes wait ( as stated on return document ) was actually 25 minutes... Only 10 minutes later than stated but you just want to get away once you are headed home. Other than that a good service.

Very smooth and efficient service. Only 23 miles round trip in clock so parked close by. Friendly and Courteous and easy to understand phone staff. Speedy pick up on return ... Very happy with price and service.

Despite calling 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick North as required, we had to wait about 20 minutes getting cold in the car park waiting for the cars to be picked up. Someone should have there waiting for us on arrival. Having said that, our experience on the return to Gatwick was much better. Our cars were already in the car park at the pickup point.

All worked really well. Previous experiences with valet type parking, you get met by someone wearing a clearly visible jacket/ hi vis with the company displayed and receive instructions to use on return. Adds a bit of reassurance when handing over keys to your car! This company did none of this.

Excellent service, both when leaving the car at Gatwick and collecting the car late at night when returning from our holiday.

Return pick up was good and car arrived in excellent time and in good condition. Drop off not so good as driver was 20 minutes late despite confirming they would be on time; we also had to ring twice to chase.

Pretty good. He was waiting there as we arrived, but it took 25 minutes from when we rang after getting our bags. But the car was nice and clean as if it had been parked inside perhaps?

The 4 point score is because when we arrived at the airport we got there early and had to wait for the car to be collected. This despite phoning 15 minutes before arrival. On departure the car was at the car park before us. Otherwise it would have been 5 out of 5.
