Rang 15 minutes before getting to car park as instructed, waited only 10 minutes for arrival. Pleased with service, would use again.

great service, driver was a little later than normal picking the car up but apologised and it didn't hold us up. returned car on time.

The 4 point score is because when we arrived at the airport we got there early and had to wait for the car to be collected. This despite phoning 15 minutes before arrival. On departure the car was at the car park before us. Otherwise it would have been 5 out of 5.

Great service. Some confusion on finding what level to go to! Don't confuse Gatwick valet parking, which are on a different floor, to The Gatwick Valet Parking Company. And listen to where to collect your car on return. I blame the get lag :-(

Potentially good service/system but difficulty finding correct floor to drop off vehicle, having been redirected to the right floor there were no spaces to park. No problems with collection.

Really great and convenient service.

I had to call 6 times before someone answered, however the person collecting the car was prompt and friendly. We only waited 5 minutes to receive our car, which was in perfect condition. Will use this company again.

Overall it was good value and we will definitely use again. The return wait was a little longer than expected but both drivers were helpful and courteous.
