It was a simple process. The only issue on the return was a little more communication in terms of where they are going to be based withing the many floors of the car park.

Good service, no hanging around at drop off and not much waiting time at pick-up. Half the cost of some other companies.

The service was very good - it just took about 20-25 minutes for the car to be delivered back upon our return, when we were told it would be 15 minutes.

The service was okay. They had delay in picking up the car and also when I returned.

On departure we called, and called and called and called and called again as we were early. No one answered. Eventually we got through and everything went smoothly from there. On our return no issues at all, car was returned just slightly dustier than I left it.

Very timely service and courteous staff.

My only complaint is long wait on return to Terminal 3. Nearly 30 minutes - we are experienced use of system etc. Hopefully a one off.

Easy booking: clear instructions: polite staff: timely delivery of car on arrival. Only downside was having to phone a few times to get through to a person, rather than a full mailbox.

Excellent service. Driver was already waiting before we got there. Upon return we called as soon as we landed, went to terminal 3 short stay parking and after a short 5 minutes wait our car was returned nice and warm. Airport ticket for entering the terminal was also paid for by Aerodrome Meet and Greet so that’s a big Yes . Will definitely use again. Well done for your great service.

Good communication from the guys at the car park with good directions. Drop off no issues. Pick Up from getting luggage was approx 30 minutes but all good. This was including the walk over to the car park. Overall good service.
