Very good service as far as off site meet and great services go.

The meeting on my arrival was great, I did not have to wait at all. On my return, despite making the 2 phone calls, I waited 25 minutes for my car to arrive.

Left slightly concerned on morning of departure as there was no reply on either phone numbers. One went through to an answer machine that was full, the other to a number that was disconnected. Began to look at alternative car parking arrangements. After around 7 attempts we got through on one of the phone numbers. No issues on return.

Really pleased with the service I received, thanks.

No problem with the drop off, very convenient only a short walk to the terminal. You have to ring twice on your return (on landing and after collecting bags) car then delivered back to where you left it, about a 10 minute wait, drivers very pleasant, no problems. Will happily use again.

Drop off was very smooth as we were met 4th level R/S parking. Pickup was not quite so efficient but just a 15 minutes wait.

A very useful service. It’s well planned and set up with clear instructions, and I will use it again. My only criticism is that of the two phone numbers provided, one is unusable with a full mailbox, and the other sometimes has to be called several times to get through and then shout my details over the airport noise - not what I need while marshalling my family off a 9-hour flight; you could make it easier to communicate, maybe text me when I’m expected and I can reply by text if I want instead of calling? When I had to cancel a booking at the start of lockdown, the refund was given with no pain or difficulty, which I appreciate.
