All good, the phone was answered promptly when I called from the M25 and directions given to the meet & greet area in T2. Very pleasant gentleman took my car for me. I made the 2 phone calls, on landing and once my luggage was collected. The car arrived pretty much exactly 15 minutes after my second call so I didn't have too long to wait.

No issues with state of car. One star removed as we were left waiting a long time for car to be collected and there was no representative at the car park to help.

Great value. Pick up was a bit rushed with representative having to deal with lots of cars. Disappointed with having to wait over 10 minutes for car on return. Staff very polite and helpful. Would use again.

I always book through Park and Go as their prices are competitive and they have options to suit all. The company we used this time was good; got our car collected on time and as our flight arrived early we were able to get the car delivered back to us before our scheduled time.

Had no trouble contacting the team on arrival, and a short wait in the parking area for pickup. It was a busy saturday for traffic and we were late into the parking area but the driver was kind, even though waiting and extra 30 minutes for us in the cold. Paperwork done and handoff within 15minutes of arrival - which for these types of parking arrangements is quite good/average to expect. On return, was a little more complicated as was waiting awhile - but again good comms, and when the car arrived - handed ticket to the driver (after checking the car) - so they could validate parking -and all was good. As with any of these services, pays to take a few pics of the vehicle and I believe the driver also did the same. So overall - will be using again and will drop a review on how that goes. But seems like a good service - not gold class or premium but all you need for a meet and greet and a lot less pricey. As I said, would use again.

Very good. My first time using the service and will be using again. Only issue I would have is the diesel used when car is handed over. Meant I had to stop off at an airport as I couldn’t get home with the amount used.
