Efficient, friendly, proffesional and quick to both collect and pick us up, despite being early to drop off car and delayed on the way home.

highly recommended, we arrived at the airport earlier then scheduled, we called Park & Go and the car was collected within 15 minutes of our arrival, when we returned, the car was waiting for us....There was no waiting in the cold and early hours of the morning with heavy luggage and teenagers who are grumpy and tired...would definitely use Park & Go again....

Driver went to the wrong terminal so I was waiting for about 20 mins for him to come and collect my car when I arrived at the airport, and I also waited at least 10 mins for my car to arrive at the terminal on my return flight.

POOR. No-one there to meet me after 3(Three) phone calls and twice around the block A man who I had asked if he was Park and Go turned up. A second rate experience. Will NOT use again.

Excellent service they were waiting when i got there and when i rang to get the car back i waited no more then 10 minites i would recomend them to my freinds and will certanly use them again

System would work well if you didn,t have to wait so long.On arrival we had to wait 40 mins to be met. When we arrived back at Heathrow I lied when I phoned to say that we had our baggage got outside and still waited 30 mins. The drivers were very polite and curtious though. You need to speed up your meet and greet times.
