Not so good on the way back: none of the contact numbers for Drivefly were answered - the phone just rang off the hook or engaged despite my ringing them about 10 times. And when we got to the pick up point, they seemed to have little idea we were coming, despite having all our flight details. That said, it was only 15 minutes for the car to be brought to us, and the staff were apologetic (said they were very busy!!). It is a cheap service, and you get what you pay for. I would use again. PS it would be very helpful if staff could wear a drivefly badge so that it is immediately obvious who you need to speak to

Reviewed on 3rd November 2009Everything went smoothly on our outward journey. We were called 30 minutes before we were due to arrive and the driver was there waiting for us at the terminal when we arrived. However on the return journey we rang, as advised to, when we got to the baggage reclaim. We were told to wait in the terminal and that the driver would ring us when he got there. We waited for an hour before he got there. As they had our flight details I don't understand why they couldn't have been prepared for our arrival and even been there waiting for us. On collection of our car I discovered that the front passenger seat was absolutely soaking as was the floor area. When I questioned the driver about it he said he had to open the window on his journey to demist the windscreen. There was no way it could have become that wet in such a short time, so we could only assume it had been stored with the window left open. Unfortunately if the return journey had been as good as the outward journey I would definitely use them again, BUT it wasn't and for that reason I will not.

Reviewed on 3rd November 2009Driver was waiting at Heathrow T3 already, despite us arriving 20 mins early. Upon arrival back in UK they had a rush of cars to pick up and drop off, but still only took 20 mins to arrive - comparable to off-site parking bus frequencies so no complaints there. Only 15 miles on the clock so the car is not taken far. Given the price as well, excellent overall, and will use them again.
