Very good service with very little waiting time. We have tried a number of Meet and Greet services at different airports and Drive Fly Meet and Greet is undoubtedly the most efficient we have so far encountered.

I'm a very frequent traveller and it's the first time I've used a service like this. It was amazingly easy the staff were on time and very pleasant. I left car with them at terminal and it was there waiting when I arrived back how easy. The only thing that annoyed me was that my flight home was delayed until after midnight so I was told I had to pay an additional £25 for hrs between midnight and 4am. This was not clear at booking.

Very polite staff received and returned my car. Booking was simple. On the outward journey someone greeted us and took the car as agreed. Slightly disappointed that it took half an hour from phone call to return car. It was freezing, but car has a heated windscreen so only takes minutes to prepare for use. Terminal 5 was also very efficient only took a couple of minutes from baggage reclaim to car park!

As my wife is in a wheelchair the meet and great worked well for us but even though we did get the phone call to check our arival time the driver was 10mins late, and it took 30 mins after our call not the 10 to 15 mins to return our car. We will have to make extra allowance next time, we will use it again as it is better than catching shuttle buses for us.

Excellent service arrived in the snow at heathrow and only waited 10 mins in the car for driver to pick up the car.Returning to heathrow in thick snow phoned as we collected cases and the driver was waiting with a lovely warm car. Will definitely use meet and greet again

There was a minor hiccup when we arrived at Heathrow and we had to wait for someone to collect the car but other than that a good experience and one we'd definitely do again. Thanks.

Prompt service, polite chaps that picked the car up and drop off. Had no problem changing both my departure time by 20 mins earlier and arrival time by and hour due to delayed flight etc. Only minor issue is they changed the seating position quite a bit for the drive which is fair enough as they need to be safe, but I hate it when it happens, takes ages to comfy again!
