Drive Fly Meet and Greet Reviews

First class service rang me when they said. Gave clear instructions where to meet the driver. Polite and friendly would use again no problem.

Even though I regularly travel through airports this is my first experience of meet and greet and I was very impressed. I saved about 20 minutes each way over the long stay car park and it was cheaper!

Excellent service and excellent value. We were met as arranged and our car was waiting for us when we returned. All right at the door of terminal 5. The staff were also cheerful and friendly. All round excellent value, would thoroughly recommend. It was also the cheapest parking deal available. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service and good value. Driver was there on time both at drop-off and pick up. Terminal 5 drop off area is tricky to find first time (it's a different location from valet parking), and directions should be on confirmation email, not given by phone as one is approaching the airport.

It was a terrible experience. Upon arrival into London after a 8 hour flight, we were very disappointed that our car was not waiting for us as agreed outside the departure terminal. We paid for this service and expected our car to be ready for us to drive home and we ended up waiting 10 minutes for our car to arrive. No apology was given after we called the office twice querying where our car was and the driver made no apology. We will never use Drive Fly Meet and Greet again.

We were very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and service overall and would certainly use your service again, hopefully their charges will not start rising to a non competitive rate. As in the past we have used the less expensive off airport parking, which, whilst nowhere near as convenient is reasonably priced.

It is always a little unnerving to leave your car with somebody else to drive off whilst you are out the country five days...but it was really great value, service and the car came back in one piece. The convenience of being able to get home straight away was really appreciated...shame they could not sort out the traffic problems on the M3 south!

Great service, very friendly staff, car collected and delivered promptly even though we were early. Will use this company again, excellent for families with young children!
