Couldn't fault your service it was very good, and everything went smoothly but Terminal 4 at Heathrow is in upheaval, the sooner they sort it out the better. Thanks again.

Excellent sevivce. Very efficient. Will use it again. But if travelling alone I would have found it difficult to answer the phone in the car as I do not have a 'hands free' set up. I would like to have phoned in as I was leaving to say I was on my way and to be told the directions. Fortunately I had a friend with me to answer the phone this time!

Was very pleased with this service, even though was late getting there because of road closure they kept someone waiting and didnt have to wait anymore than 5 minutes on my return and the car was there for us. We will use again this is a very highly recommended service will be using again.

Never done this method of parking before, but certainly opt for this option again. The Park & Go service was excellent, on time, polite staff & within budget. Would recommend!

Very good, swift service. The driver called us just as we got out of the plane to make sure we landed OK. He was there with our car 10 minutes later. I will definately use DRIVE FLY MEET AND GREET again and will recommend to all friends.

We were running late due to traffic but this wasn't a problem at all (called them to re-arrange pick-up). Very friendly drivers on drop-off and pick-up. Efficient service and well worth the little extra over cheap 'off airport' parking (no bus transfers, park right outside the terminal, give driver your keys, throw bags onto trolly, off you go!). Highly recommended.

An excellent service. On departure I mistakenly made my way to the wrong parking level but that was no problem for the driver who was meeting me. No delays there. On arrival everything was similarly swift. The only criticism I have is to improve the car wash service (I had chosen the car wash option) -- my local car wash at Tesco does a better job cheaper.
