despite us arriving 20minutes early only had to wait 3mins to be met, on arrival car was waiting-no problems at all

Happy Days was the cheapest option for 3 days parking at Heathrow and I must admit I was a little dubious that the service would be upnto much. But you can rest assured the service is faultless, a man was waiting to greet up and upon return by the time we had made our way to the short stay car park the carvwas ready and waiting, and all warmed up. I will definateky be using again. Well done.

Excellent pick-up at Heathrow T3 - driver was on time and very pleasant although walking towards me with a lit fag which was thrown to the ground to shake hands wasn't the best image to install confidence. I hope no-one smoked in my car! My collection wasn't so great, called once I had retrieved may bags and was told 15-20 mins. Waited on the top floor of the short stay car park and car was delivered nearly 40 mins after my call by another pleasant driver. I honestly think I could have retrieved my car from a 'park and ride' service quicker. If I was a teacher I would say 'has great potential but must try harder' Will probably use again to give them another chance as price was very competetive. Cheers, James

Amazing value for money. There on time to grret us even though we got to the airport at 6am and waiting for us with the car when we returned. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again.

car took over 25 mins from phone call to being delivered back to me. not worth using meet and greet if this is the service level!!

Was really quick & simple, just park up and hand over keys. Car was returned speedily, with no extra charges or damage. First time I've used a car park where I hand over keys so was a bit sceptical after hearing horror stories but I had no problems and would happily use them again.

Excellent Service - Really easy to find the car park and you're met there car by one of the attendants and from there take the lift to departures - would not hesitate to use this company again.

Service you'd want and expect. Courteous drivers were waiting for us on both departure and arrival. On this experience I'd definitely use Happy Days Meet & Greet again.
