This was a really goood service - in spite of not being able to find the drop off point at T5, a very helpful lady directed me to the correct car park, and then someone rang me to check that I was on my way. And when I returned early, it didn't cause a problem, they brought my car back within a few minutes. I would use this service again - coinvenient and cheaper than some of the car parks. well done

Dropping off the car was a dream,really easy and the courier was there waiting for us and called us on the way to check we were on time.Coming back however was compl,etely different,admittedly we may have called a little early but we were told to go to level 5 of the short stay car park to meet the courier,getting there was a nightnare due to 3 planes landing at 6am and everyone fighting for the lifts.When we eventually got there we were met by the courier who told us off for being late and stated they were very busy,how rude.On exiting the car park we were given a ticket by the courier but ended up having to pay £4:50 to exit,we were not very happy to say the least.They need to reorganise themselves,would I recommend them-no

Great service, collected the car within 20minutes and the car was waiting for us upon arrival. Cracking value for money, I will use in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic service. We were caught up in the snow chaos at heathrow before christmas. Our flight was cancelled and we needed the car back early. The drivers collected us and got us back to the car park in the snowy conditions. When we arrived our car had been warmed up and defrosted. A really efficient friendly service above my expectation. Will definately use again

Booking was easy. However let down by the fact that I had to wait 15 mins for my car. When using terminal 5, I would advise calling before collecting luggage as there is only a short walk to the car park.

Ron, who met us, restored my faith in human nature! I messed up my parking ticket and rendez-vous, and he was a star - knowledgeable and very helpful; our return flight was delayed by 3 hours due to snow, and this didn't phase Happy Days at all. I will definitely use them again, and recommend happy Days to friends. Bruce Trentham

great service, arrived 3 hrs early back into T5 and car there within 15mins after call. Would recommend and definately use again.
