What a great service. Used Happy Days for the first time and was a little apprehensive as the quote was so cheap. Turned out to be an excellent service with very helpful and friendly staff. I didn't like the fact that when I delivered my car I wansn't given not one single piece of paper. Had you lost my car, there would be no way I could prove I had left it with your company. I have used similar services with other companies and the whole process was much more formal, it felt more professional with other companies.

Probably would have rated it 5 but did have to wait about 20-30 minutes on drop off and arrival.

Very good and prompt on arrival and departure. Arrival instructions need fine tuning I drove round twice before I managed to get in the correct lane. Would use again wihout doubt and recommend to others.

I did as advised at the point of booking, i called as i was stuck in traffic before i got to the airport and the person on the receiving end was quite polite and patient whilst he rang to see how i was progressing. When i returned from holidays my battery had run flat, they updated me, jump started the car and brought it to me at the terminal. It was a wonderful experience and i have no regrets using the service and will not hesitate recommending HAPPY DAYS MEET & GREET to my friends.

An excellent and efficient service, we left the airport within 15 minutes of clearing customs.

Having booked a pick-up for 5am, after 4 phone calls our car was eventually picked up at 5.35, causing huge stress, my husband only just being allowed on the flight to Paris, our connecting flight to the U.S. Very disappointed!!
