Happy Days - Meet and Greet Reviews

Excellent service. Our plane was delayed but that was no problem for the Happy Days people.

We hadn't used a 'meet and greet' before and therefore had some concerns that it wouldn't all come together. As it turns we had no need to worry as it all went to plan. Happy Days were completely on the ball and even initiated contact when we were running late. I would certainly consider using them again.

1. Normally expect to be met at the terminal entrance, not a car park. 2. On return, got a call to say car had flat battery and that someone had noted it had a flat battery when it was collected. Don't see how it had a flat battery after I'd dropped it at airport? Battery has been fine since. 3. If someone noted it was flat, why wait until we confirmed our return before attempting to start it? 4. Maybe a co-incidence, but the key fob was also flat. 5. The car was filthy as if it had been parked along side a busy road. 6. Had to get assistance to get out of the car park on our return. The operator said the ticket hadn't been paid for.

Fast and efficient AND a bargain price. No complaints at all, highly recommended.

Excellent. It was our first time and although we were a little lost around entrance to T5, Happy Days guide us to the Greet area by phone. Very good and speedy car collection on our return. We will use again

Excellent service car collected on time and even though we arrived earlier than expected car arrived within 5 mins. Thouroughly recommended

We telephoned as directed 20 mins before we arrived at Terminal 5 - when we got there we waited another 20 mins for someone to take the car away. On our return, we telephoned as directed after we had cleared customs and went up to Car Park level 4 - again this time we waited over 20 minutes. When ringing the telephone number the operator was most unhelpful.

First-time user and found an excellent service. It did exactly what it said on the tin. We will definitly use it again and again.

Fantastic service, I was very impressed. It took so much stress out of long haul travelling, by being able to go straight to the airport. The cost was cheaper than long term car parks where you have to get a bus, too. Great staff, too.....helped us unload and load our bags. Thank you very much, I won't hesitate to recommend you, and look forward to using your service next time we fly.
