Easy to book and use with smooth handover and pick-up. Only negative was that on return, car was handed over covered in what appeared to be ash. And no explanation.

Excellent service, punctual, friendly and good value.

This was the most excellent service, someone there to meet me on arrival outside terminal 3. On my return the flight was delayed by over four hours but my car was still returned to me without any delay in the best of order.I would recommend this service.

I did not actually experience the meet and greet service as I had made the booking on behalf of my husband. He said it was really simple. No waiting around, driver was there to pick up the car and on return it was the same. I will continue to using this service. Thanks

I was impressed with this service, they were waiting for me when I arrived and they did not take long to return my vehicle. Not sure where they had parked my car but I had done over 16 miles when it was returned to me.

I got caught up in the whole British Airways flight cancellation drama which obviously impacted all of my travel plans. Park & Go were fantastic when I kept ringing them and changing my plans - the guy was so patient and the rest of the service resumed as normal. Excellent customer service and trusted. I would use them again.
