Drop off at the airport was fine even though I was significantly later than my agreed time because of problems on the M25 however, it was difficult to get through to the published contact number as I quite often was connected with an answer machine. On collection I waited 20 minutes for my car to arrive but again I had trouble getting through to the number and had tried calling continuously for 10 minutes after collection of my luggage but there was no answer.

Excellent service, this is the best way to leave your car at a very reasonable price. Will certainly use again.

Delayed pick up - called when I landed as per the instructions and then again when I picked up my bag only to be told I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the pick up. That's too long to be waiting for a meet and greet as might as well have got a shuttle bus from somewhere.

Very helpful at booking when I accidentally booked something that wasn't meet and greet, gentleman on the phone sorted it out instantly. Pick up was smooth and I probably waited about 15 minutes on my return. I have used before and will do so again.

I HAVE USED PARK AND GO ON MANY OCCASIONS, LHR DRIVER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, HE WAS WAITING FOR ME ON MY ARRIVAL AND ON MY RETURN HE SAID HE WOULD BE 15 MINS AND WAS TRUE TO HIS WORD, INCREDIBLY GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY. WILL USE AGAIN.

Really easy to use and very convenient, the greeters were swift to pick up and drop off the car which meant no waiting around which was appreciated after a long flight. I'd recommend this service to anyone.
