Excellent service and prompt.

Excellent service Waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow all sorted very quickly. Our flight cancelled 24hrs on way home called when arrived no problem at all called again when we had luggage car arrived in 2 minutes of us getting to meeting car park and only charge us a reasonable amount for extra day! Friendly staff. Thanks, will definitely use again.

Person was at T5 to meet us, no issues at all. On way back I called with luggage and they took 15 minutes to arrive which was fine.

A 5* service. I was sceptical about leaving my car and choosing service providers. I found Terminals Parking Meet and Greet through Park and Go so I went for it. Drop off was easy and on time. Pick up was also at the same place and prompt. So easy and polite drivers. Would use again without a doubt.

Fantastic company. I was met at the car park on arrival. Very well presented member of staff gave me all the information required and took my key. On my return car was brought round straight away. Enough time to grab a coffee. Not a scratch on the car. Over all very happy and would recommend Terminals Parking Meet and Greet to friends and family.

No issues. Despite some confusion caused by flying from T2 and returning to T5, all worked very well on both days.
