Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Having had a bad experience with a different meet and greet company last year, I was a bit nervous about trying a new one. However, Terminals Parking could not have been better. The initial booking through Park and Go was simple, and the price reasonable. Everything on the day of drop off and return was clearly explained and very smooth, there was no hanging about. The drivers were pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company.

I have used Terminals Parking for several years for meet and greet services and they are always efficient. On departure it is rare to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes for a chauffeur to collect our car and on return 10 to 12 minutes the average.

Another great experience booking through Park and Go Services. Used them several times now and have not been disappointed.

I recently used the Terminals Parking Meet & Greet service for my trip departing from Heathrow Terminal 3, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, handling the exchange efficiently and courteously. There was absolutely zero waiting time, which is exactly what you need when you're dealing with airport logistics. I've used Terminals Parking for years. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else at Heathrow for meet and greet. Recently it has been cheaper to book through Park and Go. On our most recent booking, Nishan went above and beyond when returning our car. We'd accidentally left a case down on the concourse (security were not impressed). Nishan waited whilst we went to retrieve it so that he could delay paying for our car park exit, as once paid for there is a limited time to leave. Thank you.
