Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

I've used Terminal Parking many times before, always without a hitch. This time my Virgin Atlantic flight from Miami was cancelled and I was put on a BA flight the next day. This meant that I came in to T5 instead of T3. There was no clear process for how to contact and let TP know. Tried to advise them but in the end just had to tell the guy at T5 and wait 30 minutes until my car arrived.

Short wait for pickup, but half hour wait for drop off when we were told 10 minutes. Only 14 miles added to the mileage.

Staff very good. Timing's good. Everything very good would use this company again. Thank you.

Very good service as usual. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and we had only about a 15 minutes wait on our return.

Was good, though waited about 18 minutes for car return.

Good price but waited few minutes to drop keys.

Excellent service, exactly as advertised. A little wait for the car coming back on return, 5-10 minutes, not causing any concerns.

The driver was waiting while we arrived airport. the handover was smooth. I would give 5 star if the return was quicker than 25 minutes although it was still within what we were told.

I have always had good service from this M&G provider and I used them regularly over the year. The drop off and pick up is fairly seamless and you may only need to wait for 20 minutes for the driver to deliver your car to you. Usually it's less for drop off provided you call them as requested when you are 20 minutes aways from the airport. Don't expect your car to be clean on the outside when you pick up.

Very efficient service. Staff were friendly and explained what to do. Car was collected and delivered punctually. Only criticize was the driver did not make themselves known even when it was clear we were looking for them. Would use again though.
