Reviewed on 25th May 2022Really disappointed that when we phoned and came through the terminal after collecting our bags, it took over 35 minutes for the car to arrive. Apparently there was a traffic jam, but nobody thought to call us to let us know in advance or to time it so they were likely to arrive on time to meet us.

Reviewed on 31st October 2021The was a mistake from your agent who received my car and did the documentation at the time I was departing, he entered 29th which was my departure date from Ghana instead of 30th. Upon my return to Heathrow your agent who received my call acted unprofessional and was not ready to listen to my side of the story. Paying extra wasn't my problem but your agent lack good customer service.

Reviewed on 27th December 2019Had to wait in excess of 25 minutes for pickup removing advantage of meet and greet. From look of car mats the car was parked somewhere fairly muddy!

Reviewed on 10th April 2019The drop-off for my departure was excellent, prompt collection. However the pick-up upon our arrival was extremely poor. My car did not arrive for over 40 minutes which was in it's self very frustrating but most disappointing and really unacceptable was the interior of my car smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke.

Reviewed on 29th November 2018I have given it 2 because it did actually work BUT no instructions for T3 at LHR off the M4, and there ought to be. The instructions also say go to Car Park Level 3, which should actually be Level 4. Luckily we had time to ask and be told it should be Level 4 but if we had been late we would have lost valuable time. Travellers don't need this uncertainty.

Reviewed on 29th March 2018Just not good enough. Asked to phone when plane landed and then when luggage collected. Car arrived 65 minutes after 1st call and 35 minutes after second. Will use someone else next time.
