Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The process of dropping off and collecting the car was very simple and the 'meet and greet'er was waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow on both occasions. Great service and would use again!

Really disappointed that when we phoned and came through the terminal after collecting our bags, it took over 35 minutes for the car to arrive. Apparently there was a traffic jam, but nobody thought to call us to let us know in advance or to time it so they were likely to arrive on time to meet us.

Excellent service! Representative was waiting for us on arrival so that was a very smooth handover. On return, there was a slight delay in returning the car due to congestion in the Heathrow approaches and tunnel but we were called to keep us up to date. Will definitely use again.
