Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Despite changes to our expected time of arrival to the airport, we were treated with nothing but efficiency, good humour and courtesy by the entire team. Our car was collected and returned promptly and was in good condition on return. Highly recommend Terminals Parking Meet and Greet.

Great service and very competitive price. Called them as requested 30 minutes before we got to the airport and they explained traffic was mad in and around drop off car park, and arranged to meet us somewhere else to avoid us being delayed. Swift and easy on arrival back at Heathrow too. Cars clean - just as we left them! Highly recommend.

Worked as clockwork. We were greeted where and when we’d agreed and the car was returned literally at the same time as we got to the car park. No issues whatsoever - would recommend

Slight delay on departure as couldn't find our driver but resolved with a phone call within a few minutes. Pick up when we returned was smooth - car was ready and waiting. Great value for money.

It's the first time we've used valet parking at Heathrow T2. I found an excellent company at Stansted we use regularly so really hoped booking through Park & Go would be as good. Before booking I rang & spoke to an agent. He was informative, polite, and left me re-assured that everything would be fine. We were flying to the Maldives so didn't want any last minute panics. The instructions to find collection point are very clear. On arrival guy was there to check car & explain return collection. This took less than 2 minutes. On return We called when we landed, & after luggage collection & when we got through the mayhem of Heathrow to collection point, our car was there. We checked vehicle, and were on our way. A friendly, efficient service, from our experience would definitely use Terminals Parking again.

Second time we’ve used Park and Go and would recommend - very good service at a very good price. This time BA cancelled our flight, so we had to move the drop off time - a quick phone call to the admin team and a new voucher was issued. Drop off at 6am and collection at 10.40pm was painless - expect to wait 5-10 minutes, which we thought reasonable. And the drivers were very polite.
