Reviewed on 26th February 2022Called 20 minutes before arriving at Heathrow- arranged to meet on level 3 - we were given easy instructions- car handed over no problem with details given for collection. On arriving back same again - I called ahead, got to the collection point car arrived within 5 minutes - fully recommend!

Reviewed on 26th February 2022Excellent communication. Quick phone call to centre and driver was there to meet us. Drivers were friendly and great. On returning driver brought car to said area. Very friendly and professional. Nice touch was that I was given ticket to leave the parking lot. This would of been £5 so nice that it was included in the price. Could not recommend more.

Reviewed on 23rd February 2022Once again a great service delivered both checking in and at collection. Things were not as expected at collection as the U underpass to T2 was blocked by an accident. Plan B on the advice and direction of Terminals Parking Meet and Greet was to collect at T5, which worked perfectly well and saved me a two hour delay.
