Very efficient and did not have to wait long on return despite it being a busy day.

Everything went smoothly from the day we arrived at the airport for our flight to the day we came back from our holiday. The Terminals Parking rep was there ready to take our car and drop it off. Made our departure and arrival seamless. Thank you Park and Go! Definitely use the service again and highly recommend it.

I used Park and Go and booked parking with Terminals Parking Meet and greet at Heathrow Airport. The process was very easy and all went smoothly. I definitely will use it again and recommend it.

Due to problems with our PCR tests, we had to go back home and return 2 days later. They still honoured our booking albeit paying a small additional fee. The car was available quickly at the airport. My only issue is that sometimes I can't understand the people who man the phones and for that I deducted a point as it's difficult to follow someone's directions when you can't understand them.

I would definitely use this company again, having read the other reviews and some were negative, I thought I have a battered old 56 plate Astra what does it matter. I was met at drop off zone on time and on my return my car was back ready for collection before I arrived 17 miles extra on the clock... 5***** from me.
