Smooth process when dropping off. The car was brought back in reasonable quick time when returning. The girls were feeling cold in December as expected but no bother with the car.

I used Park and Go and booked parking with Terminals Parking Meet and greet at Heathrow Airport. The process was very easy and all went smoothly. I definitely will use it again and recommend it.

Due to problems with our PCR tests, we had to go back home and return 2 days later. They still honoured our booking albeit paying a small additional fee. The car was available quickly at the airport. My only issue is that sometimes I can't understand the people who man the phones and for that I deducted a point as it's difficult to follow someone's directions when you can't understand them.
