The was a mistake from your agent who received my car and did the documentation at the time I was departing, he entered 29th which was my departure date from Ghana instead of 30th. Upon my return to Heathrow your agent who received my call acted unprofessional and was not ready to listen to my side of the story. Paying extra wasn't my problem but your agent lack good customer service.

Arrival and departure drop offs and collection were met by rather miserable staff. Neither of which were on time. Request is made for two calls to be made on arrival whereby they only answer one call . 25 minute wait because they didn’t answer their phone. This is the worst meet and greet service I have used with park and go, not again .

I was last out of carousel. Terminals Parking dealt with the delay without any fuss.

Great service. We had a very early flight so needed to be at Heathrow airport T5 for 05:30, our collection driver was there waiting and directed us into a space. We unloaded with help from our driver who then took keys checked all paperwork. Our return was as efficient as we only waited 5 minutes until our driver arrived. Very pleasant and courteous. Will definitely be using again.
