Reviewed on 21st July 2021Both Outbound and Inbound processes worked well with a smooth handover and receipt back again. Phone comms within T2 worked well despite the chaos of a Covid effected Heathrow arrival. All I would suggest is that there's an improvement in the Covid hygiene process when receiving the car back and the driver should have disinfected any controls that he used on the way into the airport.
