Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

The booking process, meet and greet process were all very good. Prompt and efficient as well as polite drivers. Also the reasonable cost means we will be using again.

Can't praise you all highly enough. Very efficient all round. There to meet and greet on both occasions. Driver helpful, friendly and on the ball. I liked the card to take as a reminder of tel numbers to ring on return. Good print size and just right for jacket, coat or - in our case - back of case pocket. Thank you all. Best I've used to date. Keep up the good work - yup, I know you will.

Very good communication and flexible with slight changes on timing. No waiting at all on either drop off or pickup. Good work!

Courteous driver and prompt service going out and coming back.

Service was fine on drop off, but on pick up, we called after landing (as per instructions). We were then asked to call after collecting our luggage, but the mobile numbers (both of them) kept saying number unavailable. When we eventually got through, we were at pick up location and were told that we’d have to wait for 20 minutes for car to arrive. We were left feeling that we might as well have gone for the on airport parking which was cheaper as we would’ve got the car a lot quicker. I was with an elderly family member so this was all far from ideal.

This was our best experience so far with Park and Go Meet and Greet. The rep was waiting for us when we arrived to park the car and again when we collected it. The car had been cleaned inside and out. Excellent! Wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Extremely helpful staff. We had to change our parking at the last minute from Bristol to Heathrow due to our Thomas Cook flight being cancelled. The park and go team managed to get me the same meet and greet package at Heathrow. Everything went very smoothly and would recommend this company.

The drop off was good. We arrived on time and called ahead as directed. the collection driver was prompt and polite. On return we phoned when we landed as instructed and then again when we collected our luggage. Despite this we waited nearly 30 minutes for our car. We waited in the area that the written instructions directed us to but the drop off driver went to another area resulting in an unacceptable delay. i would not describe this as convenient eeet and great. We could have collected our car from a car park in less time and for a smaller charge.

Great service, very quick and nice people. Will keep using.
