Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Extremely helpful staff. We had to change our parking at the last minute from Bristol to Heathrow due to our Thomas Cook flight being cancelled. The park and go team managed to get me the same meet and greet package at Heathrow. Everything went very smoothly and would recommend this company.

The drop off was good. We arrived on time and called ahead as directed. the collection driver was prompt and polite. On return we phoned when we landed as instructed and then again when we collected our luggage. Despite this we waited nearly 30 minutes for our car. We waited in the area that the written instructions directed us to but the drop off driver went to another area resulting in an unacceptable delay. i would not describe this as convenient eeet and great. We could have collected our car from a car park in less time and for a smaller charge.

Competitive price and a very smooth transaction. The agent was waiting for us when we arrived for departure and called us (rather than me calling them) when we landed on our return. The agent was there again to meet us when we stepped out of the lift in the short stay car park and the vehicle was parked just a few steps away. Couldn’t have been better.

The service in both directions was very efficient and courteous and my car was waiting for me at Level 4 T 5 when I returned so absolutely no delay, just a simple signature. I wold definitely use this service again next time I leave Heathrow and also Gatwick where I've used the same process with equivalent results.
