But the most important thing was the car was waiting for me when I got through security on my return. 1st time with Terminals Parking Meet & Greet at Heathrow but would DEFINITELY use again. (Ps I don’t often leave reviews but felt it was necessary this time).

Reviewed on 20th May 2025This was the second time we’d used Terminals Parking Meet & Greet and both times they have been fantastic. They answer the phone promptly and the driver was either waiting for us when we arrived at the allotted location or arrived very soon afterwards. All members of staff we have met or spoken to are polite and helpful. They have developed a very good system which works. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

Reviewed on 15th March 2025Excellent service at Heathrow from Terminals Parking Meet & Greet, the driver was waiting for us when we arrived and the car was waiting for us when we returned. Couldn't have been easier. Due to flight changes times had to be changed and Park and Go were extremely helpful and sorted everything without question. I have used them now for our last few journeys and will continue to do so.

Reviewed on 7th March 2025Very dubious when booking, you hear so many bad things on line theses day. Easy to booked, on arrival, was told to park and hand my key over, still wasn't sure, 🤔, but no issues, on return I contacted them as requested, and was advised where our car was waiting for us, with in minutes of coming through customs, we were in our car, driving home. Really good, no problems and had no reason to worry. A company which did what they promised, Thank you Park & Go, would definitely book through you again. 👍👍
