No problems at all! They were there when we arrived and waiting for us on our return. Definitely recommend and have used these many times.

Departing was fine - driver there waiting, though you need to keep your wits about you to go to the right parking for Terminal 3. Arriving back not so good. The printed slip I was given said to go to level 3 (of terminal 3). No sign of car. After several phone calls it emerged that the car was on level 4 and that the printed information had recently been changed (not on the slip I was given). No apology and a cold 20 minute wait. However I've used them before and the price is good, so will give them another chance.

Excellent service, when confronted with a 9 hour flight delay and a change in terminals, your staff were accommodating and very professional.

This was a good experience from start to finish. The website was very easy to use, we were given very detailed instructions on how to reach our meet and greet area in the car park and everything was done quickly and efficiently on drop off and pick up. Park and Go appear to be a very customer focused company and were very professional throughout. I would definitely recommend them.
