Great service. There when we dropped off the car, called twice on arrival, once on landing and once when we had our bags, car arrived just as we exited the lift, nice friendly staff.

We only had to wait 5 or 10 minutes and the car was there! Great service.

Good receiving, poor return. Had to wait over one hour.

The best on airport service I have experienced...and after many, many years of booking via Park & Go. The drivers were courteous and on-time but most of all, the 2 calls on arrival (once on landing and then when through security) is an excellent added value to other providers, it ensures we're in contact and provides sufficient time for the car to be delivered. Brilliant service.

Thank you for a great service. My only comment would be that if you are contacted when I have landed and again at baggage, I would like the car to be there earlier. So I called to say I had collected my bags and was told that the car will be about 30 to 40 minutes. It was actually about 20 minutes, but would rather not have to wait in a car park with tired kids etc. But your guys were fantastic, polite and helpful. Thank you.

Lovely prompt service. The driver was waiting for us at both departure and arrival. He called to make sure we were okay when our luggage was taking too long to arrive. I will surely use this service again and I strongly recommend it’s use.

efficient service Be careful with the directions it suggests J14 when actually J15 is more appropriate and signposted for terminal 1,2, 3. you run out of terminal 1,2,3 signs if you use J14.
