Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

All very smooth. I was running a few minutes late and they kindly called me on departure. On arrival I called upon landing. Second number didnt work, but I dialled the first number and was told that they were already waiting for me. Very good service and would definitely use them again.

Very efficient. We were delayed by 3/4 hour and they were quite happy to meet us at a later arrival time. The instructions on how to find the correct car park etc. were easy to follow and the handover went well. On our return we made the 2 phone calls and when we got back to our car the driver was waiting for us. No fuss no bother. Thank you for such good and prompt service.

Excellent service at a very competitive price. My return flight was cancelled and reschuled to arrive later and to a different terminal. Park & Go changed my pick up time and location with minimum effort. My car was waiting for me when I arrived. I will definitely use this service again.

Excellent and efficient service with courteous staff and minimal waiting times; none on arrival and just 10 minutes when picking up. Great value for money.

All went perfectly. Car collected on arrival at airport and returned as we entered short stay car park with suitcases. Highly recommended.

Fairly seamless both arrival and departure - maybe slightly long wait when collecting car at end of trip but acceptable.

Drop off at LHR T3 was very good. However, my car was driven to the wrong place on pick up, and it took 20 minutes to sort out... the driver did apologise.

The arrival back at Heathrow was dreadful. I phoned after I landed to get them to prepare. I then phoned after baggage reclaim. I was told to go to car park to pick up my car. When I got to car park 3 I was then told to pick up my car at arrivals drop off. I had to wait another 40 minutes before my car arrived, whilst consistently being told it will only be a few minutes. I wish I just parked up myself. Not a service I will use in the future.
