Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Arrived, phoned and made contact, whilst waiting the car appeared but was parked in a bay, by the time we got from the reception area to the car the driver had disappeared only to turn up a few minutes later - on the whole a reasonable experience and yes we will use Park and Go because we believe it was good value for money.

Car dropped off easily and picked up when we got back. Meet and Greet service did what it said on the tin.

We had no problems at all with the meet and greet service. Punctual and polite! However the set up at terminal 3 is appalling, cars everywhere, nowhere to park and huge queues for the lifts to get in and out. It added about 30 minutes on to our journey time coming home!

They were friendly, efficient and on time.

Awful and rude! On arrival at the car park the driver stood right by the door almost before we'd finished parking and edging to get in. On our return, after a delayed flight and long wait at passport control, we were told at the last minute there was a £25 surcharge as we were now collecting after midnight. This had to be paid in cash (!). We told the driver that after our long delay and having 2 small children couldn't we be invoiced rather than finding an ATM? He refused to give us the keys, then put my husband on to his manager who proceeded to SHOUT down the phone (all while we are putting small children in the car). At this point we took the keys and left, to find they'd given us the incorrect car park ticket to exit. Luckily the T2 parking attendant was very understanding and able to ask the control office to open the barrier for us. Never using them again!

Perfect. I went to the wrong drop spot but they quickly came down to take the car anyway. Quick check over, mileage noted down, paper signed and off we went. On return give them two calls, 1st once landed, the 2nd once bags collected. I did find an empty drinks can in my car though...tut tut! But overall was fine. Car safe and sound.
