Excellent service, we were met bang on time (we called 20 minutes before arriving as instructed), and we called twice on return (again, as instructed), once at landing then after bag collection and the car literally turned up as we walked into the parking area! Highly Recommended!

Helpful service despite me getting lost between levels 3 and 4!

I have parked before with Park & Go, and felt that the service was good but with room for improvement. This time however, after a 12-hour BA flight delay (so arriving late at night instead of in the morning) the service was faultless and far exceeded my expectations. very good service, on time for departure and return. I am not sure where my car was kept but there was approx. an extra 45 miles instead of the expected 10 or so.

I rang up on the morning that we were due at the airport and asked whether we could drop the car at the airport car park instead. They agreed to this which saved us time and money. Both people we dealt with were very polite and friendly. We did have to wait about 20 minutes on our return but did not mind too much as they helped us out on our departure. Would definitely use again.
