Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

We were called en-route to ensure there was no issues. We arrived at T3 short term car park and was met by the driver, on our return the same efficient service. It might be better to change the web site and say for T3 you drop the car off at the short term car park as that removes stress for the driver to be there exactly on time.

Excellent service, no waiting around at the airport at all. Will definitely use again.

Going out was fine, went as planned. On return journey we waited 15 minutes for the car and the staff member was very rude. The ticket machine broke, these things happen but it’s how you talk to your customers to deal with it. After another 15 minutes I asked what was going on and he was so rude, I had to ask him 3 times to stop speaking over me. When another member of staff fixed things, he walked off saying ‘he wanted to get out of here too’. Shame as was a good price and service, but has put me off using again.
