Decent once again. Pick up on time and collection was a little slower than normal but that maybe because we were through luggage incredibly quickly.

This was the first time I have used you for parking at Heathrow and I have to say it was an excellent service. Apart from me taking my vehicle to the wrong level in car park of which you sent a man down to that level to collect my vehicle. On return I didn’t have to wait very long for my vehicle. He drove it right to where I was standing, got out and even opened my rear doors so I could put cases in. Both the collection and delivery of my vehicle your drivers were very friendly. I will have no hesitation in recommending your service to others. Thank you. I will book with you again next time I fly.

Car was picked up on time (attendant was waiting) and was thorough in looking at the car and recording any small marks. On our return, we ended up waiting 5 minutes as we were at the Heathrow ‘meet & greet’ area whilst the car was in the middle of the car park - better instructions would have given this a 5 rating. All in all I would definitely use the service again.

I would recommend Park and Go to anyone. This was both the cheapest and most efficient service we've ever had and we've used a few companies in the past. I was also able to use a discount code that I searched for online which gave a further discount. We were called by the company on our journey to Heathrow to check our Eta which was good. When we arrived the driver was waiting for us so it was very quick and easy. On our return the car and driver were waiting again. I would recommend using this company, there is no need to pay more as you wouldn't get a better service.

Terminals meet and greet were OUTSTANDING! The co-ordinator rang us rather than we them to check what time we were arriving. The instructions were good. On arrival the driver was waiting with the paperwork. On landing we rang as advised and were greeted with our name and again told the procedure. We arrived and the driver was pulling up. All documents checked and away we went, very satisfied with the service. We would highly recommend. We’ve been using Park and Go for many years now, very satisfied.
