Reviewed on 3rd November 2017Terminals meet and greet were OUTSTANDING! The co-ordinator rang us rather than we them to check what time we were arriving. The instructions were good. On arrival the driver was waiting with the paperwork. On landing we rang as advised and were greeted with our name and again told the procedure. We arrived and the driver was pulling up. All documents checked and away we went, very satisfied with the service. We would highly recommend. We’ve been using Park and Go for many years now, very satisfied.

Reviewed on 31st October 2017Drop off was fine but the collection was not great. Phoned two of the numbers to be told they were switched off then rang the number to change something about your booking and eventually got called back having been waiting in a cafe for 20 minutes. Then waited another 15 minutes for the car arrive. The bloke was very pleasant but I got the feeling he was working alone that morning .

Reviewed on 16th October 2017Overall a good experience. However, the arrival directions were confusing and we ended up in the wrong part of LHR. The pick up instructions said T2 level 2 but the driver was on level 4, a new system we weren't aware of. None of this impacted our journeys.

Whether early in the morning or late at night the phone is always answered and the car picked up or delivered on time. It certainly reduces the stress levels. I would recommend them and is also very good value.
