A superb and very efficient service. I originally had some concerns over using this type of service given recent media coverage, however found this company to be professional, efficient and would definitely be happy to recommend them and use them again. Thank you for a great service!

I can't give an excellent review as when we arrived back from our holiday the number plate was practically hanging off the back of the car. This is a car that is less than 2 years old and was in perfect condition when we parked it. The company Rep said that the sticker had worn loose......doesn't make sense to us. No other explanation offered. Unlikely to use company again as a result.

Not the first time I have used P&G, and won't be the last. Everything went like clockwork, a two minute wait for the car on collection, polite friendly drivers and cheaper than long-stay deals.

We were met as soon as we arrived by a friendly member of staff who sorted the relevant paperwork efficiently and we were on our way. The return couldn't have been easier. Let them know we had landed and had our luggage, arrived at meeting point and the car arrived at the same time. Very friendly and helpful member of staff returned keys etc and within minutes we had the car loaded and were headed home. Highly recommended, have used before and will definitely use again.

Everything went smoothly if you follow all the instructions. I waited about 5 minutes for my car at the end, but it turned up having had a jet wash all nice and clean, so that was worth the wait. Thank you. I'll definitely use this again. Great service and great value for money.

Excellent service. Agent was there to meet us when we dropped of and on collection the car was where stated. Even though we flew out of T5, but our return flight came into T3.

Excellent ***** Instructions were clear, attendant was waiting to collect our car. On return they timed it very well too. Heathrow enter and exit access charges are taken care as well.

Car was picked up as arranged on my departure and then on my arrival at the airport it dropped off exactly on time. Great service. Great value. Recommend!
