Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

I have used your service in the past and have been content. However, there was a 20-30 wait on the outward journey this time and a slightly shorter wait on the return so not so good this time.

Every thing went as planned. The only thing that went wrong was on the back of the card I was given by the person who was there to pick up my car had two phone numbers. The first number was to tell them that the plane had landed the second was to tell them that we had got our cases. We could not get through on the second number no matter how many times I tried, so had to ring the first number again. But apart from that all went well & would use it again.

Really polite and friendly drivers. Had to wait a few minutes upon arrival, but the car was waiting for me upon my return.

The Meet and Greet service is fast and efficient. We were quite badly delayed in the last mile or so on our approach and the driver waited for us to arrive. On our return, our bags arrived quickly, not leaving much time for the car to be delivered to us - but we only had to wait about 5 mins for our car.

Excellent service without time wasting. The only slight problem is calling the mobile numbers as the background noise makes it almost impossible to hear what is being said. Otherwise well worth it.

Excellent all round service - would definitely recommend.

Meet was late and we waited around for 20 minutes despite giving the pickup people a 30 minute notice and a 15 minute call as well.
