Express Meet and Greet Luton Reviews

The meet and greet problem free, however in my period away the ongoing building works at Luton had changed the way we accessed the car park. Unfortunately, the 'Meet and Greet' were unaware of this or failed to inform us of the change, hence our return to the car was delayed quite a bit which in turn could have affected parking fees. Being informative about ongoing changes whilst customers are away would be helpful especially during Luton's refit.

Couldn't have been easier or more efficient ! Driver was there to meet us and the transfer took no more than one minute. On our return we called when are back it had arrived and the car was waiting for us when we got to the car park.

Car booked in and returned efficiently, without the need to wait around.

Overall good service. Bit slow when waiting to leave car but very speedy on return. Car returned in same condition as when left. Once again would use this company in future.

No blame on Meet @ Greet but Luton airport arrangements were as bad as they could be. The M & G collection point has been moved and now it is awful to get to and with a wheelchair the journey was a nightmare experience. Bad travel over rough badly patched ground shook the wheelchair occupant into semi consciousness. To add to this the journey had to be made in heavy rain and everyone finished up soaked to the skin. No shelters anywhere. Pathetic. Goodbye to Luton airport, never to be used again.

Great service. Hopefully airport will finish building works sooner otherwise quite too far to walk to meet and greet point.
